Target is opening a new store and is currently hiring all Team Member and Team Leader positions

Team Members

•Deliver excellent service to Target guests

•Help keep the Target brand experience consistent, positive and welcoming

•Make a difference by responding quickly and responsively to guest and team member need



Team Leaders (Hourly Department Managers)

•Lead teams that provide excellent service to Target guests, both face-to-face and by supporting sales floor teams

•Help to keep the Target brand experience consistent, positive and welcoming for guests

•Hire, supervise and train team members to achieve Target sales, service and presentation goals



Requirements
